Who We Are
Our Story
Known previously as Holistic Beauty, we wanted a name that fully embraces our dedication to beauty. So in 2016 we transformed to Apple & Eve, with a smart new look for our brand and salon.
At the heart of Apple & Eve is Jacquie Olivares, who combines 30 years of beauty and spa experience with the warmth of her Chilean heritage to bring you a nourishing and sumptuous experience in the beautiful surrounds of our boutique beauty spa in Earl’s Court. I began my career in beauty therapy in 1991 before opening the salon in 2001 as Holistic Beauty. When my brother Juan joined me as my business partner we rebranded the company and the Apple & Eve identity was born. Although I spend less time nowadays doing beauty treatments, I still enjoy doing them from time to time and I have many clients I’ve been seeing for over 20 years.
My specialities are IPL and advanced facial treatments. I have an amazing team at the salon who work hard to ensure all our treatments and services are to an exceptionally high standard. I invite you to come and see for yourself.”
