The applicator emits near-infrared laser light that’s absorbed by the melanin located in the hair follicle. The laser is pulsed for only a fraction of a second but it’s long enough to damage the follicle, without damaging the surrounding tissue, and prevent the regrowth of hair. You may feel a slight tingling as the applicator passes over the treatment area, but it’s not painful and no topical anaesthetics are needed for this treatment.
Prices are per session. A minimum of 6-10 sessions is usually required to remove unwanted hair depending on hair & skin colour. Contraindications apply. A consultations & a patch test is compulsory at least 48hrs prior at £35.00 (deducted from the first treatment).
